All cancellations made 72 hours prior to the arrival date incur no fees.
Cancellations made within the 72 hour period may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation.
If credit card details are used to secure the booking, the charge will be made to the credit card number provided.

The Motel does reserve the right to place a pre-authorisation on the credit card provided, for the full value of the accommodation booked, prior to arrival.

Visitors are permitted at the discretion of management. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all visitors on the property.
Any deliberate/reckless acts that result in damage to our property or costs resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
All units are smoke free. Ashtrays and outdoor furniture are provided for each unit.
Please smoke outside and away from open windows, doors and other guests.
In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
